英国贝尔法斯特女王大学研究员

 

安世琦,2007年本科毕业于广西大学生命科学与技术学院生物技术专业,2013年于广西大学大学获得微生物学博士学位(中国-爱尔兰联合培养),201310-201612月,英国邓迪大学博士后研究,20171月至今,英国贝尔法斯特女王大学研究员(威康基金)Research Fellow Wellcome trust researcher)。主要开展的研究工作包括:(1)植物病原细菌毒力因子调控与信号转导机制;(2)黄单胞菌Rpf/DSF系统与c-di-GMP方面的研究;(3)目前从事人类病原菌致病机理领域的研究。近年在The EMBO JEMBO Mol MedTrends MicrobiolPLoS PathogMol Microbil等国际知名刊物发表15SCI论文,其中包括第一作者5篇,在一区杂志上发表论文5篇。
